Ruffle Pom Poms- Tutorial

Remember the Wedding Cake I made this month? Coral Radiance inspired by The Caketress. Although, my cake was no where compared to that of Caketress, I tried to manage making ruffle pom poms my own way! And I guess I did mention that I would put up a tutorial soon.
