This cake is the first I’ve made for my daughters since I started cake decorating. We had many ideas for the theme, my little pony, lalaloopsy etc, but in the end we settled for monster high. Frankie is made from modelling chocolate, I was going to make more characters to place around the cake but it takes me about 7 hours to make each one so once Frankie was done I decided to leave the cake like this.
