So busy this week getting orders ready for Christmas. This cheeky pair were inspired by a photo I saw of an elf sitting on the back of a polar bear. And I love penguins, so this is where my imagination took me.
The cake is a rich fruit cake with fruits soaked in red wine and rum and is very boozie, (a traditional Jamaican recipe). Very popular……I can’t imagine why????
