Gravity Defying Chocolate Cake

My first Gravity Defying cake!! – A lovely slice of chocolate cake with a generous splash of cream.
I am so happy with the way this turned out, it was a bit of a challenge but everything worked out pretty well in the end, and, it even has real Chocolate Ganache on the top!!
The cake board is decorated with fondant too, I got an amazing new tool this week for a wood grain effect, I just had to use it!!

I worked really hard on this cake, it’s definitely one of my favourite cakes to date!!
I hope you all like it too!!

Oh wow laura. Its brilliant and I love chocolate cake with cream on it, yummy!
Gravity defying cakes are my favourites at the moment, hopefully I will get to do one maybe in the new year as xmas is abusy time for me!
Pirikos cakes are very inspiring.
