15" canal boat carved from vanilla madeira, sandwiched and covered with whipped American vanilla buttercream and decorated (from photographs) to look like Narrow Boat Andromeda who this year celebrated 40 years since her launch in 1973. A first for me – I haven’t made a Birthday cake for a boat before! 100% edible.
