This was for Jan – dutch for John! I learned!! :)
His wife asked me to make him a cake for his surprise party – it was going to be a Lone Star, so she was keen on a sheriff badge/cowboyish theme – but also wanted a surprise aspect to it… I think I combined the two quite well :)

Cool cake Keren! Your edges are always so sharp! I must try the upside-down method you use but I’m a bit of a chicken thinking something will go wrong during the flips lol =D
