I just wanted to share my Fly fishing cake with you all! The basket is cake with no supports and everything on the board is made from edible mediums (mainly modelling paste)
I entered it into the sculpted cake category at Cake International Birmingham 2013 last weekend and i am thrilled to say not only did i win a Gold and 1st place but i also won* ‘Best in show overal winner’* I am still completely overwhelmed.
