"My name is Rose Macefield and I have several years experience creating cakes for all occasions, I originally started making cakes for my children and soon found that I became hooked, everyone was impressed by my cakes and were asking me to make more and more to which I was only too happy to oblige. Although originally self taught, I then started taking lessons at a local class and enrolled at college to enable me to learn more techniques and improve on my skills. It wasn't long before I built up my own professional cake business and now I operate the business from my own shop premises and make bespoke cakes and toppers for many customers thoughout the West Midlands. In 2009 I entered my first competition at Cake International at the NEC in Birmingham winning a bronze award, since then I have won several gold and silver medals for sculpted novelty cakes and sugar sculptures. As a fully qualified teacher, I now teach several classes each week for beginners and intermediate students and run workshops several times a year, as an acredited demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild I demonstrate regularly at branch meetings."

"I also have members of staff who are highly qualified cake decorators, who specialise in sugarcraft flowers and wedding cakes and have also acheived gold and silver medals at Cake International."

"I am dedicated in providing a professional and reliable service, I offer a free initial consultation for wedding cakes and can provide cake samples when requested."
