This cake was commissioned by a gaming company who wanted to promote a new game called pastry paradise…I was asked to make the Taj mille-fuille, it was huge weighing around 34 kilo, the base was 32 inches wide. consisting of 12 x 10 inch square cakes for the base, and 3 × 10 inch round cakes for the swirl, 6 inch rice krispie treats for the cherries 😀..I loved making this
