I made this cake for our own wedding wanting to create something bit different, fun but romantic as well. Loved creating the pompoms as I decided to just figure out how to make them and see what happens… I think they turned out quite well ;-)

Oh, also have to mention the amount of cake we have in here – 4 & 3 & 2 tier towers, 4 flavours (fresh ginger, carrot & walnut, choc mud cake and lemon cake with passion fruit filling – yumm) ! Enough leftovers to feed the entire family the next day with!
