We had two days off…so what did we decide to do? spend the time relaxing? … no we decided to make a cake!, but on the plus side we get to eat this one :-)
The Swan is made from fondant, and the cake is airbrushed silver.

The swan is gorgeous, I love swans.
Its nice to make a cake for yourselves, my sons friend, who is 5, is always round our house and hes seen a lot of cakes go out the door. When I made a victoria sponge for us the other day he says, “I suppose I dont get any of that cake either” (hint, hint). When I said its for us and he could have a piece he was over the moon! :)

Bless him Christine haha. I still love cake! thought i would tire of it but unfortunately for my waistline this is not happening yet lol. Our Children get fed up with seeing cake. We have a Birthday cake to make for one of the girls at the end of November. I keep telling her it’s going to be a big girly pink sparkly cake…she hates anything girly haha.
