This ‘Cheeky Monkey Cake’, was designed around my client’s invitation that she sent to me. It had to be gluten free, nut free, dairy free, egg free and soy milk free (lecithin was ok- phew). So we made a lovely banana spice cake filled with suitable chocolate buttercream.
I’m happy to report back that it was a hit!
