This was for my cousins handsome son and he loves his dirt bike. Had no idea what I was going to do for the cake until the last minute. As he is into motorbikes and cars, I thought a tyre was the best choice! :0)
It’s a sticky toffee madeira cake covered with toffee buttercream and covered in fondant.
