Pin Wheel Modelling Chocolate covered Cake

The whole of this cake was all about chocolate. It was a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache and covered in modelling chocolate and the decorations were modelling chocolate too. Not an inch of fondant was applied to this cake.
