So I had a phone call yesterday lunch time to make a small wedding cake for ten people , the bride had changed her mind and really wanted a cake ( can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want one but hey …) for lunchtime today !!!! All she gave me was grey and pink as colours and this is what I came up with . Would have loved a little more notice but I think it turned out ok . The cake is lemon and poppy seed (grooms favourite ) filled and covered with white chocolate ganache . Thanks for looking Lisa x
