Happy birthday to my amazing mother, this cake is for you!!
This is the first cake I have made using Chocolate Ganache, Thank you to everyone for all the help and advice on my forum post about using CG for the first time!!

Inside is a rich chocolate cake generously filled with Chocolate Ganache,
and the best bit, We actually get to eat this one!!
