Here’s an 8" round vanilla sponge cake I was commissioned by a loving husband to make for his gorgeous wife’s Birthday as a surprise. She’s a huge fan of The Aristocats and I was originally asked to make it this time last year but unfortunately I was rushed to hospital with a gall bladder infection and had to let him down.
Imagine my delight when he came back a year later!!! xxx
