10", 8" 6" Key Lime cake with Key Lime buttercream filling.
This cake has been iced with American Buttercream which has been tinted for an ombre effect. It was then smoothed with the Viva paper towel method.
First Impression molds were used for the sea creatures and seashells with a 50/50 mixture of fondant/gumpaste.
(First Impression molds are with the extra money!) They are also a time saver!
