My first outing with a suitcase wedding cake. I massively underestimated the amount of work involved but was very pleased with the finished article. The base is chocolate truffle and the top is earl grey and rose water.

Stacie and Cairn for whom I made the cake actually married last week while touring USA and this cake was for their celebration party!
