I done this cake for a little boy called Noah for his first birthday. His mum wanted a Noah’s arch cake and I was just delighted to get a chance to make such a cute cake !! So with one of the fantastic Debbie Brown books beside me this is the end product. It’s five layers of mint chocolate cake with a mint buttercream filling.
