I was asked to make a cake for a guy who does not like cake! Blasphemy, right? So I came up with theis cheesecake tower. White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, Almond Blackberry Cheesecake and Pumpkin Bourbon Cheesecake. It was a big hit at the 40th birthday party.
