Falling Leaves Cake for Autumn

This is another cake I did last year, for our Thanksgiving celebration, that I forgot to include in my album of cake. It was a sweet potato cake filled with vanilla buttercream and candied pecans. Frosted with vanilla buttercream to resemble an autumn sunset, with a modeling chocolate tree and leaves.
