Showcased this weekend at The Cake and Bake Show Earls Court, London. In association with Squires Kitchen, Wedding Cake of the Future this is my interpretation of designs for 2014. Vintage roses which are hugely popular in the UK and Sugar Roses and ruffles to the double depth bottom tier. A huge amount of work but loved the final design.
