Hi I am Ange Cliffe, Proprietor and Wedding Cake designer and Cake Artist at Authenticake, Staffordshire in the UK. What started as a hobby and passion over 20 years ago has now become a full time career when I set up and trademarked my own business in 2004. In addition I now also have my own dedicated showroom where I hold consultations and run classes and workshops . Annually I ,am privileged to be invited to exhibit and demonstrate at then Squires Kitchen Annual Sugarcraft Exhibition in the Wedding Cake Show room for the past 5 years and also at the Cake and Bake shows in Earls Court, London in the wedding cake show room and Manchester Wedding Show Case.
