This is a christening cake that is in part inspired by a picture from the internet (the trees) and I added many personal touches; the parents wanted something a bit nontraditional but soft with some use of color (instead of teh all-white traditional ones). So here it is! I debated with my husband and son for hours about which picture to use as a thumbnail and they both wanted the one that shows the whole cake; I wanted to use one with more close-up look; they won :-)
