This cake is for Maria and James who gave me a simple brief of random, detailed, burgundy flowers and not too over worked lovebirds. The top tier is a gluten free carrot for Maria who suffers with a gluten intolerance.

The hotel hosting this special day is The Avon Gorge Hotel and the views from the reception are totally breath taking!
