I’d never heard of this series before being asked to make this cake. Thank goodness for the internet! It was a very popular Japanese Manga series from the 80’s which is making a retro comeback in some countries.

These figures took me quite a while but are much better than what I was able to do before, mainly from helpful tutorials I found such as the one from MGsugarcake’s FB page for her Sofia. Just seeing some of the steps she takes, made me realize what I could do to improve my own modelling.
