This is the first time I am trying Silver leaf – not too happy with the results – a lot of practice needed. But still posting as I just loved the colour against the Lotus. I have also taken the photo t the wrong angle with the shadow showing…much to be learnt!

I think it looks amazing Mel! I love the colors together, and your flower is gorgeous. I have never tried doing silver leaf. It looks like it would be hard to do!

Oh thank you everyone – so kind of you all. Passioni di Zucchero – I have used Edible Silver Leaf – it a pure silver that is beaten to fine sheets/leafs and it is used to decorate desserts, cakes of course, chocolate and even Champagne!!! You get them in Gold and Silver – the Gold however is very much more expensive.
