Fireman Sam inspired cake for little Angelo’s 2nd birthday!!! The top tier of this cake is based on the design by the fantastic Jacinta at Kidacity who kindly allowed me to recreate her design. Bottom tier I wanted to include the fire station and of course Jupiter which were made with cut pieces of gumpaste fixed together with royal icing.

Bottom tier is a chocolate mud cake with a chocolate buttercream filling, coated in dark chocolate ganache and covered in a home made marshmallow fondant.

Top tier is a white chocolate mud cake filled with a raspberry preserve and vanilla buttercream, coated in white chocolate ganache and home made marshmallow fondant.
