This cake was inspired by my recent trip to Ireland. So many beautiful flowers, I hope to get the opportunity to make many of them. I don’t even know the name of the conical flowers represented in sugar , but they were everywhere in the countryside.

3,4 and 6 inch cake finished in buttercream with hand painting and orange sugar flowers
