Rainbow Peony. Triple layer devil chocolate cake, layered with milk chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, covered in ganache and fondant. This cake was my first trial of using the upside down ganache method and I am really pleased with the result. Next time I may brave flipping the cake after its layer of fondant… Maybe…
