I’ve been wanting to try my hand at rice paper flowers for ages, I wasn’t confident at using them on the entire cake so have combined them with sugar flowers. Have to say…I loooove rice paper, can’t wait to use it again! The customer was so happy with the cake that he sent me a bunch of flowers, a box of chocolates and a card to say thank you!
