When I had time to kill in London’s Heathrow airport last month, I spotted a beautiful, floaty dress in Reiss that had a smocked v-pattern that inspired an idea for a wedding cake. The dress was in ice blue, but I created this cake in pistachio green…with cabbage rose ruffles and edible silver.
