This is my 2nd attempt at ruffles, the first being on a tiny 4" cake. And my first attempt at a flower like this. Id like to say its peony inspired since it doesnt really look like a peony :)

The bottom is a 10" dark chocolate mud cake, and the top a 8" white chocolate mudcake.

The cake colours and design was inspired by a cupcake stand I saw and was made for a girl’s 21st high tea.

After a couple weeks I have recovered from being over ruffles, and cant wait to do another one.
