My client has been on this cake for months, working together with the details through email since she was in a different country.. She wanted the cake to be buttercream, and it was hard for me to make this cake super smooth, but i think i managed to have a pretty smooth finish… :P She wanted to combine a few of my previous cake designs and voila, here it is… :) She also ordered another cake on the side to be cut and shared around..
The cake inside is a chocolate ombre cake filled with chocolate cream cheese.. She loved the cake, both flavor and design wise.. and that made me happy ;)
