This 3 tiered cake was made for Holy Cross Prep School’s Summer Ball, and was auctioned for charity.
The layers are Vanilla, Chocolate, and Lemon and the tiers are based on different elements of the school uniform. It also includes sugar models of popular instruments and sports played at the school, as well as a Maypole at the top, which they specifically requested!
The middle tier is based on the summer dress (held up next to the cake in the second pic) and the base tier on the winter skirt, which is a kilt.
I was absolutely THRILLED to find out that it raised £615!!!
