This is a great tradition in my Salento, land where I grew up and live: make the homemade pasta! And my grandmother was an expert! So for her 90 I thought to remember one of her specialties…and when she saw it, she felt the rolling pin and macaroni were real! …..Then she also told me that the cake was delicious! :)
