This 2 tiered wedding smash cake consists of 8 kilos of Belgian couverture chocolate and 3 kilos of lollies and not a skerrick of cake. The groom is a local artist and the graffiti art pictured is one of his works – he had no idea one of his pieces would be on their wedding cake so it was a massive surprise for him. My canvas was white chocolate and I did the artwork with a combination of airbrushing and hand painting with cocoa butter.
