Made this Princess Dora themed cake for a little girl Phoebe’s birthday sometime in April. Yeah, yeah, I was on a break but I couldn’t resist the opportunity to dress tomboyish Dora in something feminine and girly. Lol!

So here she is… Princess Dora, resplendent in a medieval style yellow gown and with her long hair capped in a princess hat. She even has a frilly petticoat under her gown! The cake is a one tier castle cake. Thanks to Royal Bakery’s Castle Cake tutorial which took the guess work out of making this cake resemble a castle.
