This is my very first wedding cake. I have done an evening reception cake before and some practice dummy cakes but this one was for real. The customer sent me a picture of a cotton and crumbs cake and asked me to recreate a 4 tier cake the same, the bottom tier is fruit cake the the other 3 tiers are vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam. They loved it :)
