My biggest week of cake making ever. All up there were 10 of these ordered for Mothers Day. All were chocolate mud cake, covered in chocolate ganache and fondant. These cakes used the orchid’s I made a couple weeks ago when I had my first attempt at making them.
Happy Mothers day to you all, kiss your kids and treasure every day with them. Trust me I know with a 21 and a 20 year old son and a 5 year old daughter, it goes by all to fast.

They were that light even with my so called non slip mat they were shooting across the bench while I was trying to get the sharp edges . Hahaha give me a big cake any day to cover least they stay still :) not to mention are just plain easier :)
