AAAAHHHHHH!!!! After 3 months of agonizing and eagerly waiting to find out if my Bollywood cake would be chosen for Cake Central’s Magazine, I finally got the exciting news this past weekend. My first cake to be chosen and I’m so thrilled and honored to be in such an incredible group of other artists in this magazine. Top tier is 24K gold leaf and a gumpaste fantasy lotus flower. The other two tiers and fondant and royal icing hand piped mendhi designs and painted gold. I hope you like the cake and thank you for looking!
