I made this cake as a surprise for Matty who was turning 30.
The cake is milk choc mud with milk choc ganache. The water is blue Royal Icing with piping gel over the top. I covered the shark in white fondant and hand painted all the colour in layers to give it a more realistic look, I then sprayed the sharks skin with Pearl Shimmer to give it that wet skin look.
this was a lot of fun…and I found making the 3 rows of razor sharp teeth surprisingly therapeutic lol!
