Had a ball making this cake for a client! BIG thanks to Royal Bakery and their collar tutorial I purchased a few months back. I made it with a delicious vanilla cake, whipped vanilla filling and TONS of fresh berries(raspberries & blueberries) in between the layers. Tasted just like Spring!! Can’t wait to make another!
