This is the woodland creatures cake I made for my daughters birthday recently. The cake comprises 6 layers of belgian chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and chocopan dark chocolate sugarpaste. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoyed making it. Caroline’s Cake Company x
