I made this cake for a 60th birthday party. The original design is by AK Cake Design and she was kind enough to allow me to make a slightly modified version of it. All the decorations are hand cut from fondant. I had no idea how I was going to get the designs to meet up in the back but somehow by sheer dumb luck they all met up perfectly! I couldn’t believe it! The only way I could tell the front from the back was to find where the ribbon ends on the cake board met up in the back. I have a little blue arrow pointing to it in the 2nd photo which is a shot of the back of the cake. The design was quite time consuming but I loved how it all came together. Thanks for looking!
