Another last minute cake order! Had to really pull my finger out to complete this but , so some details is a bit scant and the photography is poor so all a bit blurred! Lovely to do this for little Maya. I was asked to do a mare and foal theme and she sent me a photo of the horse in their field (with the blue coat on too!). Mare recognised it straight away (hurrah!!). 10" chocolate fudge cake base and I used one layer of a 10" chocolate fudge cake to make the stable. All decorations made with home made edible sugarpaste.

I am so amazed!! thank you!! it was nothing short of a miracle!! was modelling the horses the night before – hadn’t even coloured them or made the mare’s coat or thier manes etc an hour before she was turning up! talk about 90 miles an hour in the kitchen haha!! xx

what lovely people you are!! When time is tight, you can do all sorts, believe me haha!! Not sure I would want to work at such speed every time though, very stressful because there is no room for mistakes and I was so worried that the horse would break in two and I would not be able to fix it in time! thank you!! xx
