tier sizes: 6, 8, 10, 12…hot air balloon is a 6 inch styro ball covered in fondant..The celebrant’s mom wanted to incorporate hot air balloon, chicago skyline and the colors blue, red and yellow..I used a kopykake karousel turntable during the event so the details at the back could be seen too..

Are you even serious? This is beyond amazing! I wasn’t even sure it was a real cake at first glance. Unbelievable! I’m madly in love with the details, including that ferris wheel! So charming and so well done. This is honestly just an all-time favorite cake of mine now. I can’t tell you how much I love it.
