A gift for a friends baby shower. Cupcakes were made using the design from my Paris Cutler Cupcake book. These are lemon and coconut with a hint of malibu and topped with white chocolate ganache. I made 25 of these and it took forever but my girlfriend loved them so it made it all worthwhile.
