A rich delight for my youngest daughter's birthday! We pick her favorite flavors and turn them into a rich entremet type cake. A silky raspberry mousse sandwiched between layers of moist chocolate cake, all surrounded by rich mascarpone Chantilly mousse. Decorated with chocolate piping, fresh raspberries, chocolate and cookie crumbles.
